Over 20 Years Strong & Growing

 

Over twenty years ago, we had a vision to create a different kind of human services agency that would provide high quality services to historically disadvantaged communities and deliver those services in culturally appropriate ways. We were also concerned about providing leadership opportunities for staff of color. For these reasons, we took the bold step of creating our own organization, Victory Human Services (VHS).

 

Our first program launched in 2002, serving just 4 clients. Now, we are pleased to serve close to 1,200 clients with 130 staff members and ranked amongst the largest and most successful minority-led human service agencies in Massachusetts. We specialize in providing culturally competent case management, group home, in-home,

and advocacy services on behalf of our disabled and senior clients.
